At Feet Finesse, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase you make. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


1. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your product is missing from the order.

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products caused by customers.

  • Products purchased on sale, promotions, or special discounts.

  • Change-of-mind or personal preference reasons.

Refund Process

  1. Send us your order number, reason for refund, and clear photos of the product.

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Received the wrong product

  • Product arrived damaged or leaked

  • Packaging was severely damaged during delivery

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the fault is from our side.


3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled; instead, you can request an exchange if eligible.


4. Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the mistake is from Feet Finesse (wrong item, defective product), we cover all costs.

  • If the customer requests an exchange for personal reasons, shipping fees may apply.
